Welcome to my blog! My name is Jason and although I call myself an SEO, I only do a limited amount of work for clients, because most of the stuff I do is for myself.

I run a number of sites in different niches and over the past 10 years have build a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Search Engine Optimisation and making money online. 

However, I do not class my self as some kind of guru or expert! Im just a regular guy making money from Internet marketing.

I am 29 and Live in Staffordshire in the UK. I have been in to internet marketing since I was 18 and the internet has been my source of income for the whole time. The reason I set up this blog was to offer help on how you can do SEO yourself, because there is a lot of crap out there and more and more sites are suffering because of poor SEO.

I also wanted to have a place where I could publish everything that I do, including new projects, ranking sites and even the income made from this very blog! Although making money from this blog was never my number 1 intention.

I’ll let you in on all of my successes and failures, I’ll even walk you through everything that I do and there will be no stone unturned on here 😉

The number 1 concern I hear from peoples is that their site has suddenly dropped out of the rankings and they are losing business. (one of my sites did the same, check out this post to see why, and I’ll even show you how to fix it)

This is usually down to individuals or companies that they have hired in the past which have built poor links.

 

You really don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars a month on SEO companies

It’s a total waste and can become very expensive, especially when you have a number of sites up and running. Not only that, but most of them haven’t got a clue what they are doing.

I’m still kicking myself now for the amount of SEO companies I have used in the past that have completely fucked up my sites by building shitty links or over optimising anchors, not to mention the rest of the spammy stuff that went on!.

When you pay these companies to do SEO on your site, most of them actually outsource the work, which basically means they charge you $400 and then get somebody overseas to do it for $200.

I’m just an ordinary guy who makes a living online and believes that if you do things the correct way you will be rewarded. Over the past few years I have gathered a wealth of knowledge on Search Engine Optimisation and I have used that knowledge to build a number of profitable blogs/sites.
